6th Place On Robinhood Crypto Trading Platform Goes To Ethereum Classic
The application for stock trading Robinhood made ethereum classic (ETC) the sixth crypto currency registered on the recently launched cryptocurrency trading platform. The company provided support for ethereum classic on Monday.
Robinhood expands trade in crypto-loans on a state basis, as it receives licenses for remittances to operate in each separate jurisdiction. Currently, the service is available to investors in the 19 states, most recently in Iowa and Georgia.
The service, launched with the support of bitcoin (BTC) and ethereum (ETH), is also gradually expanding the range of cryptocurrency assets listed on the Robinhood crypto platform. In addition to ETC, the company has in recent months also listed bitcoin cash (BCH), litecoin (LTC) and dogecoin (DOGE). Users can also add 10 other coins to their list, and these tokens are likely to be integrated into the application in the future.
Robinhood, which raised $ 363 million through its recent financing of the D-series, also seems to be building a cryptocurrency purse, a service that Coinbase already offers.
But you need to consider that in the near future Robinhood and Coinbase will face a problem because of the Voyager trading platform, which is being developed by a brokerage and technical staffing agency from companies such as E * Trade and Uber. Voyager claims that it will be launched with support of at least 15 cryptocurrencies and it asserts that its routing mechanism will help investors buy and sell coins at the best available rates among more than a dozen basic crypto-exchange exchanges.
