Bitcoin Exchange In Dubai Accepts New Verifications For Cryptocurrency Transactions
BitOasis, a Dubai-based cryptocurrency exchange is accepting new submissions of account verifications on Tuesday only for one day.
In the last 12 months interest in cryptocurrencies has risen in the UAE, and exchanges such as BitOasis have been filled with applications for verification.
There is created a process, that any new users, who wish to purchase Bitcoin and Ethereum, must enter bank details, ID and proof of address before transactions. This process has created a backlog.
The move also allows to get Ripple coins on the platform. The company’s statement says:
“As one of the largest and fastest-growing companies in the blockchain space in the region, we’re committed to providing our customers with a secure way to buy and sell Bitcoin, Ethereum and now, Ripple.”
Until midnight, the new users have to submit their documents for verification. A blogpost from the company says, that Logged-in users will be able to submit any new verification request by clicking on the “Increase Limits” page on the “Buy Bitcoin” tab.
