LIGHTNING TORCH INITIATIVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE GROWTH OF LIGHTNING NETWORK UP TO 6000 NODES
The Lightning Network continues to grow rapidly in the Bitcoin blockchain. Resource datam of 1ML.com confirm that the number of active nodes, channels, and total bandwidth of Lightning is now higher than ever in the entire thirteen-month network history.
In particular, Lightning Torch-relay transaction between the nodes, which received the support of Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, influenced the growth of the network’s popularity.
