MyEtherWallet to Offer .crypto Blockchain Domains
An Ethereum wallet app, MyEtherWallet & blockchain domain names building agency, Unstoppable Domains announce a cooperation to provide users the option to purchase a .crypto blockchain domain on Myetherwallet.com.
With this new cooperation, the Ethereum wallet app becomes the 1st reseller of .crypto domains, at the same time, becoming also a domain registrar.
The .crypto domain is based on Unstoppable Domains’ Ethereum based smart contracts and it isn’t connected to the Ethereum Name Service (ENS), which assigns .eth domains. Nevertheless, the functionality of these two domains is the same.
Unstoppable Domains co-founder, Brad Kam shared his excitement on the cooperation, noting: This integration is a sign that wallets are becoming way more than only places to store crypto, adding that they are already portals to access blockchain services as well as products.
