The residents of NYC, in particular, have been demanding a change where they could trade or invest in crypto without encountering any major issues. Fortunately, for the residents of NYC, it looks like things are about to change and they might change in a big way.
The mayoral candidate of New York City, Curtis Silwa is a big admirer of crypto. During recent interviews, he made his stance about crypto crystal clear by stating that he plans to make his city as crypto-friendly as possible. Silwa further went on to claim that if he does end up getting elected, the residents of NYC can expect massive changes to happen in the near future of the city.
That being said, these changes may not come to NYC right away. In addition to that, these changes are big if. This is because NYC would only be able to become crypto-friendly if Silwa gets appointed. Fortunately, however, there are other NYC mayoral candidates who share Silwa’s sentiments about crypto as well.
