RippleNet Growth: Ripple Announces more than 300 Customers

 

RippleNet Growth: RippleNet announced that they have surpassed 300 customers, the official website reports. It is reported that RippleNet transactions are seeing a x10 year-over-year increase.

The announcement states that in less than a year since the launch of ODL, the customer interest has grown & more than 20 customers signed on to utilize the product. Among the noteworthy customers to utilizing ODL are MoneyGram, goLance, Viamericas, FlashFX & Interbank Peru.

CEO of goLance,Michael Brooks noted that blockchain technology is making transactions faster, cost-effective & they are cooperating with Ripple to guarantee that the payments on the platform are made on-time, with minimal fees.

He added: “By lowering the cost of sending payments, goLance can put more money into the hands of the freelancers & improve their quality of life.”

ODL 1st released providing payment gates in Mexico & the Philippines. Later it enlarged to Australia & the next year is expected to be Brazil.

CEO of Ripple Brad Garlinghouse noted that 2019 has been the most powerful year for Ripple so far, seeing a significant growth of RippleNet & adoption of On-Demand Liquidity.

He mentioned: “In just a year since we launched ODL, we are already making an impact on the bottom line for our customers.”

Concluding Ripple CEO stated that they will keep the boost in the upcoming year as well, also expanding ODL into new markets.
