IN THE US IS OPENED THE FIRST COURSES FOR CRYPTO-INVESTIGATORS
The American company BIG Blockchain Intelligence Group has launched a course on training experts in the investigation of crimes related to cryptocurrencies. Initially, the program was designed for law enforcement officers.
BIG Blockchain Intelligence Group (BIG), a company specializing in cryptocurrency search, risk assessment and data analysis tools, has opened an 8-hour online certification course for cryptocurrency investigators.
Initially, the BIG course was designed for US law enforcement, and has now been refined for private sector employees: financial intelligence analysts, private investigators, and corporate compliance specialists.
To get a cryptocurrency investigator certificate, participants of the program need to pass 5 modules with a duration of 1-2 hours each and pass the final exam.
BIG specified that the program was created by a former special agent for special security investigations and a certified expert on combating money laundering and fraud.
“Students do not need to be experts in computer forensics to identify, investigate and successfully stop crimes related to cryptocurrencies,” the course authors emphasized.
Earlier it became known that the University of Liechtenstein is launching a blockchain program with the support of the Bank Frick.
On November 21, Tokyo University opened a blockchain course with the support of SMBC and Ethereum Foundation.
